It is increasingly common for commercial projects to be tendered as Design and Construct with Developers working to tight feasibility budgets. This often results in the builder making multiple changes to the specified materials, design elements and, in some cases, essential architectural features.
At Project Logic, we understand the end product directly reflects on the architect’s reputation and as such, we work with you in the early design phase to ensure all the design rationalisation has occurred and the project can be tendered with confidence. We encourage the developer to keep as much of the architectural features as possible or substitute like for like products that preserve the initial design intent.
